Participation in any bike tour organized by Bikes 62/Free Bike Tours Lisbon is at the participant's own risk. Bikes 62/Free Bike Tours Lisbon and/or its owner(s) are not responsible for damages or injuries of any kind incurred by participants or third parties during any of Bikes 62/Free Bike Tours Lisbon activities. These conditions of participation apply to all Bikes 62/Free Bike Tours Lisbon services.

1. The Participant understands that this is a bicycle tour and that the Participant is therefore expected to know how to ride a bicycle and understand the local traffic rules in Portugal.

2. Cycling experience is a must on our tours! Our guides can, at any time, advise you or even prevent you from participating in the tour if you do not have enough experience on the bike. This is for your safety, the safety of the rest of the group and everyone traveling on public roads.

3. Participant understands that this event/activity may be dangerous to participants and Participant does so at their own risk.

4. To the extent permitted by law, the Participant accepts that Bikes 62/Free Bike Tours Lisbon will not be responsible for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses that may arise as a consequence of participating in the event/activity.

5. The Participant must comply with all laws in force at the time and must indemnify and keep Bikes 62/Free Bike Tours Lisbon indemnified against any Claim or Demand arising from a violation or alleged violation of any law by a Participant.

6. The Participant will grant permission to Bikes 62/Free Bike Tours Lisbon to use photographs, films, recordings, data or any other record of my participation in this event for any legitimate purpose, without compensation.

7. The participant will behave in a manner acceptable to Bikes 62/Free Bike Tours Lisbon and anyone who may be affected by my actions and behavior.

8. The participant must be at the agreed meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the tour. We cannot wait more than 10 minutes for late customers. No refunds are given.

9. All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by adults, who, when enrolling them on our tours, assume all responsibility for what may happen to them, as well as any damage they may cause and violations of the law they may commit.

10. Bicycles are provided by Bikes 62/Free Bike Tours Lisbon and bicycle rental is included in the price.

11. Any food or drinks consumed during breaks are not included in the price.

12. No deposit is required to participate in this activity.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

13. Participants can always cancel this activity. If a participant cancels the activity 48 hours or more before the activity start time, Bikes 62/Free Bike Tours Lisbon will provide a full refund. Activities canceled within 48 hours of the activity start time will not be refunded.

14. Bikes 62/Free Bike Tours Lisbon tours are always available, rain or shine. If tours are canceled due to official warnings marked with a “red alert” provided by Portuguese authorities, tours and activities will be canceled and fully refunded.


ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Law no. 144/2015, of September 8, determines that suppliers of goods or service providers established in national territory must inform consumers regarding the RAL entities to which they are bound by adhesion or by legal imposition arising from mandatory arbitration, and must also inform what the website on the internet of these entities is.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer can resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity, of which an example is information on the Consumer Portal www.consumidor.pt
