  1. About the Free Bike Tours:

    1. What does free mean?
      In our classic tours you only pay what you feel appropriate and the amount you can offer.

    2. Who can participate?
      Everyone can participate, but they have to know how to ride.

    3. Are the tours available for childrens and youngs?
      In some tours yes. We advise to ask us by email before making your booking.
      Children up to 27 kg can go on a chair. From 6 to 16 years old they must be with an adult who will be responsible for everything that happens.

    4. I haven't ride a bicycle in years or I don't ride very often, can I participate in the tours?
      Yes, you can!
      Who knows, never forget. Our tours are made on flat and safe tracks.
      You just have to check how long is the tour. Tours with more than 4 hours can be a little tiring for those who don't do exercise.

  2. About the Bikes:

    1. Are the bikes for these tours also free?
      No, bikes are not free. If you don't have a bike, you will have to rent one.
      We have good partnerships with rent a bike shops, so with us you'll have the best price and you'll find the bike(s) for your tour when you arrive at the meeting point.

    2. Do you provide bikes for the tours?
      For sure!
      When you are making your booking you'll find the question - "do you need to rent bike (s)?" - You just have to click "yes".

    3. How much does it cost to rent a bike?
      The cost of renting bikes is not always the same, it depends how long is the tour.
      At the tour description you'll find this information.

    4. Can I take my bike?
      Yes, you can.
      When you make your booking you'll find the question - you need to rent bike (s)? - you just have to click "NO". But in this case we are not responsible for what may happen with your bike, nor will we make repairs if necessary.

  3. Booking - Cancellation Policy - Change Date:

    1. How far in advance do I have to make my booking?
      Bookings can be made 24 hours in advance, but are always subject to the number of places and the number of bikes available. For this reason and because our groups have a small number of participants, we advise you to make your booking as far in advance as possible.

    2. What's the minimum and maximum number of participants?
      You'll find this information in the tour description.

    3. At what time I must be at the Meeting Point?
      We thank you for being at the Meeting Point 10 minutes before the tour starts.

    4. Do the tours take place on rainy days?
      Will do the tours with rain or with the sun, provided that the climatic conditions don't put in question the safety of the participants.

    5. How can I cancel a booking?
      You should keep in mind that our tours are for a very restricted group of people, the groups are very small. For this reason, whenever you have a booking and can’t attend, you must send us an email (info@freebiketourslisbon.com) as far in advance as possible. If you don’t do this, you impeding the participation of others.

    6. If I cancel my tour, I will be refunded?
      In case you made your booking with bicycle reservation:
      100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date of the experience will receive no refund.

    7. How can I change my booking date?
      You have to send us an email (info@freebiketourslisbon.com) with that indication at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. You must inform your name, the booking number, how many people, the initial booking date and the new date.

  4. Other Tours, Large Groups, Other Questions:

    1. Do you only do this tours, or do you have other tours?
      We also do other tours. If you are interested you can send us an email (info@freebiketourslisbon.com), however they have to be prepared with more days in advance.

    2. Booking for a group, how I do it?
      If you are a group you can see if there are availability in our calendar and make your reservation. If you want to take a private tour, or if places are not available, you should send us an email - info@freebiketourslisbon.com.
