The two tile panels, designed by António Quaresma and produced at the Fábrica Viúva de Lamego, fixed on the wall of Santa Luzia Church, one with an image of Comércio Square before the big 1755 earthquake and the other alluding to the conquest of Lisbon from the Moors in 1147, they transport us to the past and to two important milestones in the history of Portugal.

From this place you can see Alfama, the unique tower of Santo Estevão Church, São Miguel Church, a large part of the Tagus River estuary and the wonderful Arrábida mountain in the background.
