This is an exploratory tour between Sines and Sagres, the most beautiful part of the road between Lisbon and the Algarve.
For the first time, we are going to do the whole of this route by bicycle.
Our idea is to do about 50/70 kilometers per day, about 230 km in total, in 4 days, as close to the sea as possible and always looking for secondary and dirt roads.
Our goal is enjoying the beauty of this coast, considered by many, the most beautiful in Portugal, and discover the best route for future bike tours.
The start of this cycling tour will be in Sines and the planned stages are:
Day 1 - 25 Feb. - Sines - Vila Nova de Milfontes (+/- 40 Km);
Day 2 - 26 Feb. - Vila Nova de Milfontes - Odeceixe (+/- 53 km);
Day 3 - 27 Feb. - Odeceixe - Carrapateira (+/- 56 km);
Day 4 - 28 Feb. - Carrapateira - Sagres (+/- 50 km).
We’ll leave without bookings to sleep; we’ll search during the bike tour.
A support car goes with us for anything that may be needed, to carry luggage and to bring bikes back to Lisbon.
We’ll do this tour with electric bicycles, each one can take their own, those who don’t have can use the rental, we can help.

Note 1: The amount payable to participate in this tour (120 €), includes the expenses of the support car, gasoline, driver and transport of the bikes from Sagres to Lisbon. All other expenses, such as insurance, overnight stays, meals and return to Lisbon are not included in this amount, will be borne by each participant.
